Mr. Wade Chang is the firm’s Principal Counsel and Head of International Practice. He acts for many multi-national corporations (including Hong Kong, Singapore, South Korea, Australia, and USA) on a long term basis in their cross-border investment, corporate and commercial matters. Taiwanese born, Canadian and Australian educated, Wade’s experience and background enable him to analyze and resolve legal issues without certain language and cultural barriers. Prior to joining the firm, Wade spent several years in private practice with international and Australian law firms. Wade is practical and strategic, and leads a practice that helps clients succeed.
