Otice is pleased to announce that Australian attorney Wade Chang has joined Otice.
Wade Chang has joined Otice as managing counsel of the firm. Wade’s practice focuses on foreign investment in Taiwan (including investment visa), cross-border commercial transactions, business acquisitions and joint ventures, international arbitration, and multi-jurisdictional matters. He represents a broad range of clients, including multi–national corporations and leading industrial companies based in Taiwan, the United States, France and other countries, in their cross–border legal matters.
Prior to joining Otice, Wade spent three years as in-house counsel and director with a startup in Taiwan, and several years in private practice with international, Australian and Taiwanese law firms.
Taiwanese born, Canadian and Australian educated, Wade’s experience and background enable him to analyze and resolve legal issues without certain language and cultural barriers.
Wade graduated from University of Melbourne Law School with an LL.B. degree and holds a Graduate Diploma for Legal Practice from Leo Cussen Centre for Law. Wade is qualified in Australia and speaks natively English and Chinese.
